Ashforth
Pacific, a division of The Ashforth Company, is an investor,
active in the ownership and operation of office and industrial
real estate providing asset management, leasing, property
management, parking management and construction services
for properties in Ashforth’s West Coast
portfolio.
In September 1995, The Ashforth Company headquartered in
Stamford, Connecticut, purchased 20 acres, in downtown
Portland, Oregon’s Lloyd District, consisting of
600,000 square feet of prime office space, in six buildings
and several future development sites. At this time, Ashforth
formed its West Coast affiliate - Ashforth Pacific, Inc.
to oversee and expand its West Coast portfolio.
Ashforth Pacific now owns and manages over three million
square feet on the West Coast. Based in Portland, Oregon,
the firm oversees a portfolio which includes Lloyd Center
Tower, ODS Tower, Liberty Centre, One Pacific Square, Lloyd
700, and Oregon Square as well as The Exchange Building
in Seattle and the Orrick Building in San Francisco.
